related to product sales by Brush Country Bad Boy Buggies
I. Ordering, Payment and Shipping
We primarily
sell and service the South Texas Brush Country area. We sell out of
our area only in special circumstances, and will refer you to another
Bad Boy dealer if one is in your area. We normally stock several units
in Beeville, Texas. They can be picked up in Beeville
or we can arrange for units to be delivered for a delivery fee.
LTL (less than truckload) shipping can also be arranged but the
cost is quite high due to crating expenses and the weight of the units;
it is more economical in most cases to haul units by pickup truck and
trailer.
Delivery
of units to us from the Bad Boy Buggy factory may take up to several
weeks when we do not have the unit you want in stock. You
will be informed of the projected delivery date. Special or custom orders
require payment in full in advance with the order, although in some
special situations a substantial deposit may be accepted in lieu of
payment in full. Once placed, special orders cannot
be cancelled unless promised delivery dates are exceeded by 30% or more
of the quoted delivery time.
Drop shipments
direct from the factory to your location are not possible, they must
come to us in Beeville or to another Bad Boy Dealer.
We sell
all units at the manufacturers suggested retail price and no discounts
are given. The suggested retail prices are highly
competitive with comparable units. A fee for shipping
from the Bad Boy Buggy factory to Beeville Texas is added to the retail price of
each unit, and all units are quoted with both amounts clearly stated.
Any additional delivery fees from Beeville to your location will
be added to the total price. You are welcome to pick
up and haul purchased units from our location.
We accept
payment by cash, cashiers check, and bank money transfer.
If you prefer to use a personal or business check it will have
to clear your bank before the unit can be released. Financing
can also be arranged in many cases. Follow the FINANCE

Due to
variations in ordered options, unit availability, shipping costs, payment
methods, and the potential for Texas agricultural sales tax exemptions,

International Orders: We accept bank money transfers
only, details will be provided when you place your order. Shipping charges
are determined on a case by case basis; Contact us by email or phone
to determine shipping costs. Unless units are picked
up in Beeville,
Texas, shipping arrangements for international
orders may take several days.
II. Returns and Cancellations
Bad Boy
Buggies are covered by the manufacturer with a one year limited warranty
for parts and labor. Warranty details and contact
information will be provided upon delivery of each unit.
III. Shipping
damage
Damage
occurring during shipment by others is beyond our control and must be
handled by the carrier on LTL shipments. If a unit arrives damaged,
or if damage is discovered upon opening, you should save all boxes and
packaging materials and contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.
We request you also notify us toll free at 1-888-631-6789 of any problems
incurred in shipping.
IV. Security
Your privacy
and security are very important to us. We treat your financial and personal
information confidentially and we use secure technology to protect you.
V. Privacy
We are
committed to ensuring your privacy. We NEVER sell client information
to third parties or make it available for third party mailing lists.
